Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can tomatoes, diced undrained (with Basil, Garlic & Oregano)
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 14 cups hot water
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 6 ounces shell pasta, uncooked
- 12 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Method
- Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
