Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can tomatoes, diced undrained (with Basil, Garlic & Oregano)
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 14 cups hot water
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 6 ounces shell pasta, uncooked
  • 12 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Method

  • Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
