- 2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
- 1 medium red apple, diced
- 1 medium green apple, diced
- 1/2 cup green grape, halved
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1 cup walnuts, diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 6 -8 lettuce leaves
- 6 -8 croissants or 6 -8 rolls
Method
- Combine all ingredients - except lettuce and rolls.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
