Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 bottle Russian salad dressing
- 1/2 jar apricot preserves
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Method
- Place chicken in casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and bake in moderate oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
