- 1 stick margarine, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 (8 oz) ctn sour cream
Method
- Beat.
- Add Jiffy corn muffin mix, 1 chopped onion, 1 can cream-style corn and 1 whole kernel corn (drained).
- Pour into a 9 x 12 inch buttered baking dish and bake 1 hour at 350°.
- Pimento may be added for color.
