Ingredients

  • 3 c. chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large can Chinese noodles
  • 1 small jar pimientos
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 can water chestnuts, slivered

Method

  • Combine all ingredients, except almonds and potato chips. Bake in greased casserole at 350° for 45 minutes.
  • Top with nuts and chips.
  • Bake for 15 minutes more.
  • Serves 10 to 12.
