- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 lb. lasagna noodles
- 2 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. Kraft Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
Method
- Cook noodles (about 20 minutes).
- Brown meat; add onions and cook until tender.
- Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water, garlic and seasonings.
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Place in baking dish a layer of noodles, meat sauce and cheese.
- Repeat layers and finish with lots of cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted good.
