Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 lb. lasagna noodles
  • 2 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. Kraft Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

Method

  • Cook noodles (about 20 minutes).
  • Brown meat; add onions and cook until tender.
  • Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water, garlic and seasonings.
  • Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Place in baking dish a layer of noodles, meat sauce and cheese.
  • Repeat layers and finish with lots of cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted good.
