Ingredients

  • 12 oz bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 can 15 oz green beans, drained
  • 1 can 15 oz lima beans, drained
  • 1 can 15 oz garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 can 31 oz pork & beans
  • 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, drained
  • 1 c ketchup
  • 1/4 c soy sauce
  • 1/4 c brown sugar
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce

Method

  • Fry bacon and reserve 3 T of drippings.
  • Add onion and cook until limp.
  • Combine all ingredients, spoon mixture into shallow, 3 qt baking pan.
  • Bake uncovered in a 350 F oven for 1 hr.
  • (This could be placed in a slow cooker for 3-4 hrs)
  • Serves 12-14 people.
