Ingredients
- 2 c. shredded carrots
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. diced American cheese
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Boil water (about twice the amount of macaroni you use).
- Add 3 chicken bouillon cubes; let macaroni get tender and add Cheez Whiz (according to how cheesy you want it).
- After it has cooked, add a little cream.
- Do not add salt.
- Add pepper, if desired.
