Ingredients

  • 1 (4 lb.) chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1 can peeled tomatoes, drained
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 medium bell pepper, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 small can sliced black olives, drained
  • 2 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. comino seed to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
  • Pour into lightly greased casserole(s).
  • Bake at 400° about 1 hour, until hot and bubbly.
  • Serve with tossed salad and garlic bread.
  • Makes enough for 2 meals for small family or 1 meal for large family.
  • Freezes well.
