Ingredients
- 250 grams Cream cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 80 grams Granulated sugar
- 150 grams Milk
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice or Cointreau
- 30 grams Cake flour
Method
- Preheat the oven to 150C.
- Line the cake pan with paper.
- Put all the ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
- Pour into a 18 cm diameter cake pan with a removable bottom (be careful not to let it leak out!)
- and bake in an oven at 150C for 50-60 minutes.
- Once baked, run a knife along the edge of the cake, being careful not to damage the cake.
- Once cooled, remove from the pan.
