Ingredients

  • 250 grams Cream cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 80 grams Granulated sugar
  • 150 grams Milk
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice or Cointreau
  • 30 grams Cake flour

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 150C.
  • Line the cake pan with paper.
  • Put all the ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
  • Pour into a 18 cm diameter cake pan with a removable bottom (be careful not to let it leak out!)
  • and bake in an oven at 150C for 50-60 minutes.
  • Once baked, run a knife along the edge of the cake, being careful not to damage the cake.
  • Once cooled, remove from the pan.
