Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free lime Jell-O
  • 1 c. drained, crushed pineapple (in its own juice)
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. Philadelphia Brand cream cheese
  • 1 (3 oz.) lemon sugar-free Jell-O
  • 2 (3 oz.) red cherry sugar-free Jell-O
  • 1 c. whipped topping

Method

  • Add 2 packages Jell-O to 2 cups boiling water.
  • Add 1 3/4 cups cold water.
  • Let set in refrigerator until firm.
  • When firm, mix in another bowl the lemon Jell-O and boiling water.
  • Add pineapple. Cool slightly.
  • Then add cream cheese (beat until smooth).
  • Add whipped topping and mayonnaise.
  • Pour over lime gelatin.
  • Next, dissolve cherry Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water and 1 3/4 cups cold. When syrupy, pour over set up lemon.
  • Refrigerate.
