Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. melted butter
- 4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Method
- Beat together eggs, sugar, butter and chocolate.
- Add vanilla, flour, baking powder and salt, mixing after each addition.
- Stir in nuts.
- Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
- Bake at 350° for metal pan or 325° for glass pan for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Test to see if done by using the toothpick test.
- Let cool for 45 minutes before cutting.
