Ingredients
- 5 medium yellow squash
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Blanch squash whole until you can push a fork into it (do not cook too long).
- Drain and cool squash.
- Slice squash lengthwise; scrape out the meat with a spoon, leaving just a shell.
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Fill squash shells with mixture; heat for 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese has melted.
