Ingredients

  • 1 box jumbo shells, cooked
  • 1 lb. hamburger, browned
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce (32 oz.)
  • 4 c. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Mix spaghetti sauce and hamburger together.
  • Set aside.
  • Mix rest of ingredients to make filling.
  • Stuff shells with filling. Put 1/4 of sauce mixture in two 9 x 13-inch pans.
  • Place filled shells in pan and pour rest of sauce over shells.
  • Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Makes 2 pans.
