Ingredients
- 10 peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. (1 can) stewed tomatoes
- 3/4 c. precooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. shredded cheese (American)
Method
- Brown meat and onions.
- Add tomatoes, rice and sauce.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cheese, then stuff peppers.
- Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes at 350°.
