Ingredients
- 4 large onions
- 1/2 c. diced ham
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Peel onions.
- Cut out a deep hole in the center of each.
- Chop removed part and mix with remaining ingredients.
- Meanwhile, boil onions in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain onions and fill with mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
