Ingredients

  • 12 Mushrooms
  • 4 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/2 cup Chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp Italian herbs mixed (oregano, thyme etc)
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Grated cheese
  • 1 Salt

Method

  • Remove stems of all mushrooms and chop the stems.
  • Saute chopped garlic , onions and chopped mushroom stems in 1 tsp olive oil..Add salt, pepper powder and Italian herbs.
  • Let this mixture cool and add grated cheese and mix.
  • Drizzle remaining olive oil on mushroom caps and mix..or dip mushroom caps in the oil..
  • Stuff the cheese mixture in these mushroom caps..and grill for 10-15 mins till mushrooms are cooked.
