Ingredients
- 1 lb. large mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Clean and remove stems from mushrooms.
- Mix thoroughly the bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, butter, garlic, onion, salt and pepper.
- Fill mushroom caps with mixture.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of oil in bottom of baking dish.
- Place mushrooms in pan, stuffed side up.
- Pour remainder of oil equally over mushrooms.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
- When tops are brown, remove from oven and serve hot.
