Ingredients
- 1 c. finely chopped cooked ham
- 1 generous Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Major Grey's chutney, minced
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 2 green onions, minced
- sour cream and mayonnaise (to bind)
- about 14 small to medium mushrooms, stemmed
Method
- Combine all ingredients except mushrooms.
- Mound in mushroom caps and chill until ready to serve.
- (Can be prepared several hours ahead.)
- Makes 6 servings.
