Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1/2 Vidalia onion
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
Method
- Remove stems from mushrooms after washing.
- Chop stems and onion and put into glass bowl.
- Microwave on High 2 minutes.
- Mix in cream cheese.
- Freeze bacon night before so you can cut strips into small pieces.
- Cook on stove until 3/4 done.
- Crumble into first mixture.
- Add bread crumbs.
- Stuff caps and put into glass pie plate.
- Cover with Saran Wrap.
- Microwave 2 minutes; turn and microwave 2 minutes.
- Careful, steam is hot.
- Yum yum.
