Ingredients
- 1 lb. dry mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. dill
- salt
- pepper
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- paprika
Method
- Wipe mushrooms clean.
- Combine mushroom stems (chopped fine), salt, pepper, cream cheese and dill.
- Process until smooth.
- Pack into clean mushroom caps.
- Place on a cookie sheet and broil lightly until browned.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
