Ingredients
- 12 medium or small French rolls
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 green bell pepper, minced
- 2 green onions, minced
- 1 (8 oz.) stuffed green olives
- 3 Tbsp. tomato sauce
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Cut tops off of rolls; reserve.
- Remove inside of roll. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Place filling in each roll. Replace reserved top.
- Wrap each roll in waxed paper, twisting ends.
- Heat at 250° for 30 minutes in flat pan.
