Ingredients
- bell peppers
- ground beef
- cooked rice
- bread crumbs
- tomatoes (canned)
- eggs
- grated cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- onions, finely chopped
- dash of garlic powder (optional)
Method
- Wash, clean and scoop out inside of peppers. Drop in boiling water for approximately 5 to 10 minutes; drain.
- Stuff peppers with mixture of remainder of ingredients.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350° or wrap in tin foil, freeze and heat frozen peppers for a longer period of time.
