Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onions
- 1 egg, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. water
- cooked noodles
Method
- In skillet, brown beef and onions; pour off fat.
- Add bread crumbs, egg and seasonings, mix well.
- Stir in soup, sour cream and water.
- Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles and cook another 15 minutes.
