Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- about 4 c. flour
- cabbage, chopped fine
- 1 small onion
- paprika
Method
- Grate potatoes; add salt, eggs and flour and mix well.
- If dough is too stiff, add a little water, 1/4 cup or more.
- Drop small portions from tip of spoon into boiling water.
- Cook 7 to 10 minutes.
- Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Serve with cottage cheese or fried cabbage.
