Ingredients
- 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
- 2 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 4 c. cold milk
Method
- Prepare the cake mix as directed on package and bake in a 13 x 9 pan.
- Remove the cake from the oven and poke holes at once down through the cake.
- After poking holes, combine pudding mix with the sugar and gradually stir in the milk.
- Beat at low speed for 1 minute.
- Before the pudding thickens, pour about 1/2 the mixture over the cake and into the holes.
- Allow the remaining pudding to thicken slightly.
- Spoon rest of mixture over the top to frost the cake.
- Chill at least 1 hour.
- Store in fridge.
