Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 2 cups 1% lowfat soy milk
- 1 cup whole frozen strawberries
- 1 cup ice cubes
Method
- Place all ingredients in blender; cover.
- Blend on high speed until well blended.
