Ingredients

  • 2 c. pretzels, crushed
  • 3/4 c. low-fat margarine
  • 3 tsp. Sweet 'N Low liquid
  • 8 oz. lite cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Sweet 'N Low liquid
  • 2 c. lite Cool Whip
  • 1 (6 oz.) sugar free strawberry jello
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. sugarless frozen strawberries, thawed

Method

  • Mix first 3 ingredients.
  • Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan at 400° for 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Cool completely.
  • Mix cream cheese and Sweet 'N Low liquid; add lite Cool Whip.
  • Place on cooled pretzel mix. Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water; add berries and place in refrigerator freezer until thickened.
  • Spoon over Cool Whip with cream cheese mix.
