Ingredients
- 2 c. pretzels, crushed
- 3/4 c. low-fat margarine
- 3 tsp. Sweet 'N Low liquid
- 8 oz. lite cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Sweet 'N Low liquid
- 2 c. lite Cool Whip
- 1 (6 oz.) sugar free strawberry jello
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. sugarless frozen strawberries, thawed
Method
- Mix first 3 ingredients.
- Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan at 400° for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Mix cream cheese and Sweet 'N Low liquid; add lite Cool Whip.
- Place on cooled pretzel mix. Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water; add berries and place in refrigerator freezer until thickened.
- Spoon over Cool Whip with cream cheese mix.
