Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. water
- 8 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Cook until thick.
- Remove from heat and add 1 box strawberry jello (small) and mix together.
- Cool, then add 4 or 5 cups of strawberries.
- Stir together.
- Pour into cooked pie shells and top with whipped cream.
- Let this set in refrigerator before cutting. If frozen strawberries are used, let thaw slightly and drain juice out before using.
