Ingredients
- 1 baked pie crust
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
- fresh strawberries
- Cool Whip
Method
- Fill baked pie crust with sliced strawberries.
- Bring sugar, cornstarch, Jell-O and water to boil.
- Cook until mixture becomes clear looking.
- Cool slightly.
- Pour over sliced strawberries; refrigerate.
- Top with Cool Whip.
