Ingredients
- 1 large container whipped topping
- 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 1/2 c. frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 3/4 c. shredded coconut
Method
- Mix together whipped topping, dry pudding and strawberries. Stir until well blended and the pudding mix is fully dissolved. Pour into pie crust and garnish with coconut.
- Chill 1 hour.
