Ingredients
- 2 c. finely crushed unsalted pretzels
- 3/4 c. melted margarine
- 3 tsp. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 (10 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 (6 oz.) strawberry jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed
Method
- Mix pretzels, margarine and sugar.
- Press in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake 8 minutes at 400°.
- Cool. Blend cream cheese and sugar with mixer.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread on cooled crust. Chill.
