Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 2 pkg. sliced frozen strawberries
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 medium Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Method

  • Mix crumbs, sugar and melted margarine and press in 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Blend together strawberries, lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk with mixer.
  • Fold in Cool Whip and nuts. Spread over crust.
  • Freeze.
  • May garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired.
