Ingredients
- 4.5 oz. Green Giant whole mushrooms, drained
- 1 green pepper, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
Method
- In small bowl, combine mushrooms and green pepper; set aside. In small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Pour over mushroom mixture.
- Cover and marinate in refrigerator for several hours or until serving.
- Serve kabob-style on wooden skewers.
- Makes 8 appetizers.
