Ingredients

  • 1 large box strawberry Jell-O (2 small)
  • 1 can frozen Bacardi strawberry daiquiri mix
  • 1 can frozen pink lemonade
  • 1 plastic lemon juice (about 4 oz.)
  • 2 Tbsp. citric acid (purchase at drug store)
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice

Method

  • Place 2 cups of water in large metal pan. Add Jell-O and bring to a boil. Add sugar and citric acid to dissolve. Remove from heat and add pink lemonade and Bicardi mix to cool. When completely dissolved, add pineapple juice and fill pineapple can with water. Add to mixture. Divide into 4 one-gallon freezer bags and freeze.
