Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Brick of Cream Cheese
- 1 jar Salsa
Method
- Put 1/3 jar in bottom of glass pan.
- Place four chicken breasts on salsa.
- Spread cream cheese over the breasts.
- Add cut bell peppers to the cream cheese layer.
- Finally add the rest of salsa on top.
- Cook at 400 for 20 minutes with foil cover.
- Take off foil and cook an additional 20 minutes or until done.
