Ingredients
- 3 c. mashed figs
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
- 3 c. sugar
Method
- Combine the ingredients; bring to a boil.
- Lower the heat; continue to boil for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Pour into sterilized, hot jars.
- Place lids on and process for 5 minutes in a boiling water bath.
- Yields 6 half pints.
