Ingredients

  • 6 slices pineapple
  • 3 ounces filtered water
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 6 fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 -ounce wheatgrass juice

Method

  • Juice the pineapple first.
  • Add the filtered water to flush the juice through.
  • Put the pineapple juice in the blender with the banana.
  • Start on a low setting while you add the strawberries.
  • Pour into a tall glass.
  • Pour the wheatgrass into the glass.
