Ingredients
- 6 slices pineapple
- 3 ounces filtered water
- 1 banana, peeled
- 6 fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 -ounce wheatgrass juice
Method
- Juice the pineapple first.
- Add the filtered water to flush the juice through.
- Put the pineapple juice in the blender with the banana.
- Start on a low setting while you add the strawberries.
- Pour into a tall glass.
- Pour the wheatgrass into the glass.
