Ingredients
- 2 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 (No. 10) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen frozen strawberries
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
Method
- Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
- Add strawberries.
- When strawberries are thawed, add pineapple and bananas.
- Put 1/2 mixture into large cake pan.
- Let set, then spread sour cream over and put remaining Jell-O mixture on top.
- Let set.
- Makes 10 to 12 servings.
