- 2 c. pretzels, crushed
- 3/4 c. butter
- 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
- 2 c. boiling water
Method
- Melt butter; mix with granulated sugar and pretzels.
- Pat into bottom of 9 x 2 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 8 minutes; cool. Beat cream cheese, whipped topping and powdered sugar.
- Spread on top of pretzel mixture.
- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; add strawberries.
- Stir until Jell-O begins to thicken.
- Pour over cream cheese mixture and refrigerate about 2 hours.
