Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 oz. Cool Whip
- 8 or 9-inch graham cracker crust
- fresh strawberries
Method
- Beat cheese until smooth.
- Gradually beat in sugar.
- Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip until thoroughly blended.
- Spoon into crust and chill about 4 hours or until set. Place thin slices of berries all over top.
- Now ready to serve. Serves 6.
