Ingredients

  • 4 ounces, weight Shredded Cocounut
  • 1/2 pounds Strawberries
  • 1/3 cups Cream Cheese Frosting

Method

  • Dump the coconut in a shallow bowl and fluff up with a fork. Wash the strawberries and remove the leaves. Cut strawberries in half lengthwise. Spread enough icing on the exposed cut side of the strawberry to cover it. Dip the icing side of the strawberry into the coconut and set it on a serving plate. Repeat until you've used all of the ingredients.
