Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c. real lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 qt. strawberries
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. prepared strawberry glaze
Method
- In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
- Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Stir in real lemon juice and vanilla.
- Pour into shell and chill until set.
- Top with strawberries and glaze.
