Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. real lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 qt. strawberries
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. prepared strawberry glaze

Method

  • In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
  • Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  • Stir in real lemon juice and vanilla.
  • Pour into shell and chill until set.
  • Top with strawberries and glaze.
