Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. creamed canned corn
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. cream
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 1/2 c. half and half
- dash of ground pepper
Method
- Melt butter and simmer onion until soft.
- Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
- Add corn, half and half and cream.
- Simmer 10 to 15 minutes being careful not to boil.
