Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
- 2 c. whipping cream, whipped or Dream Whip
- 1 large angel food cake (10-inch size)
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
- Chill until slightly congealed.
- Beat until light and fluffy.
- Drain and reserve 1 cup juice from berries.
- Fold in strawberries and whipped cream.
- Rub off brown crumbs from angel cake; tear into pieces.
- Put in large bowl and fold in strawberry cream mixture.
- Spread in jelly roll pan.
- Let set until firm.
- Lightly frost with whipped cream. Drizzle with glaze.
