Ingredients

  • boneless top sirloin
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 large mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire

Method

  • Cut sirloin into bite size pieces; set aside.
  • Cook garlic in wok for 15 seconds, then add cut vegetables.
  • Add a little oil if necessary.
  • Cook until done; set aside.
  • Add meat and cook until done.
  • Mix soy sauce, pepper, cornstarch and Worcestershire sauce. Pour into wok with meat.
  • Cook for 2 minutes, then add vegetables and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
