Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. boned, diced chicken breast
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 Tbsp. chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. Chinese plum sauce
Method
- Heat oil in preheated wok and stir-fry chicken and green pepper.
- When chicken turns white, add rest of ingredients and stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
- Serves 4.
