Ingredients
- 4 c. shredded cabbage
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 2 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 lb. green pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Toss vegetables lightly.
- Add oil to skillet.
- Add vegetables and cook in covered skillet for 10 minutes, stirring twice.
