Ingredients
- 6 (12 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
- 8 oz. tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 5 bay leaves
- 2 to 3 cans black olives, chopped
- 14 oz. jalapenos, sliced, with juice
- 5 medium onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 cans mushroom stems and pieces
Method
- Mix all ingredients and bring to a fast boil.
- Simmer 40 to 50 minutes, stirring frequently, to prevent sticking.
- Refrigerate!!
