Ingredients
- 4 ears corn
- 3 Tbsp. bacon grease
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- salt and pepper
Method
- With sharp knife, cut off corn from cob.
- Put in frying pan with grease and sugar.
- Allow it to stew until the liquid stews out and the corn begins to fry.
- As it starts to brown, stir so it won't stick to the pan.
- Do not overcook.
- It must be moist. Remove to serving dish and place slices of side pork on top.
- Serve hot.
